WASHINGTON – The U.S. Senate last night passed legislation mirroring Congresswoman Elaine Luria’s House-passed bill to name a Virginia Beach post office after Ryan “Keith” Cox, a hero of the May 31 mass shooting.
Cox was one of 12 people killed in the shooting, the worst in America so far this year. He sacrificed his own life to save others during the shooting at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center.
