Today, the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) adopted Vice Chair Elaine Luria’s amendment to the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to correct an injustice to 278 graduates of the Seaman-to-Admiral 21 (STA-21) Program between the Fiscal Years 2010-2014 where their time in college did not count towards their service time and retirement pay without their knowledge.
