NORFOLK – On Sunday, February 16th, Congresswoman Elaine Luria will speak at a veterans’ pinning ceremony at the American Legion’s 2nd District Spring Conference. This event will honor and recognize the service of Vietnam War era veterans. During the ceremony, Congresswoman Luria will give remarks reflecting on the sacrifices and bravery of our veterans.
